Unfortunately, the 2020 Kingman Route 66 Balloon Festival has been cancelled.  For those pilots who have already submitted applications with a check, your checks will be destroyed.  Please email us at if you prefer to have your check returned to you via USPS.

If you are interested in participating in the 2020 Kingman Route 66 Balloon Festival, please Download and complete the Pilot Application/Agreement Form here.

Please include with your Application/Agreement copies of the following:

  1. Pilot License

  2. Certificate of Insurance

  3. Last Flight Review

  4. Last Balloon Annual or 100 hour inspection

  5. Balloon Registration

  6. Airworthiness Certificate

  7. Email a photograph of your balloon for inclusion on web site and in event program

  8. $75 refundable application fee.

Your check and application will be matched (if sent separately) and reviewed for consideration once both are received.  The deadline for submission of this form is May 15, 2020

We will be choosing 20 balloons for attendance at this inaugural event.  The event will be held at the Mohave County Fairgrounds in Kingman, Arizona.
